Terms & Conditions

By booking a repair with Kent iPhone Repair, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These exist to ensure a fair and transparent service for both parties.

Our Service

Kent iPhone Repair provides mobile iPhone repairs across Kent, including screen replacements, battery swaps, and charging port repairs. All repairs are carried out on-site at your chosen location - typically at your home, workplace, or another agreed address.

We reserve the right to decline a repair if we believe the issue cannot be safely or effectively resolved on-site.

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are agreed upon before the repair begins.

  • There are no call-out fees.

  • You only pay if the issue is fixed (unless otherwise agreed in advance).

  • Payment is due immediately after the repair is completed, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash or bank transfer (please confirm accepted methods before the visit).

Warranty

  • We provide a 90-day warranty on all repairs, covering:

  • Faulty replacement parts

  • Workmanship issues directly related to the original repair

  • The warranty does not cover:

  • Additional accidental damage (e.g. drops, water damage after the repair)

  • Issues unrelated to the work we carried out

  • Third-party tampering or repair attempts after our visit

  • If you experience a problem during the warranty period, contact us and we’ll assess the issue. If it falls under warranty, we will repair it at no further charge.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the engineer has arrived. We appreciate as much notice as possible.

  • If we arrive on-site and the customer is unavailable or declines the repair, we reserve the right to charge a small fee to cover travel time.

Customer Responsibility

  • By booking a repair, you confirm that:

  • You are the owner (or have permission from the owner) of the device

  • Your data is backed up, and Kent iPhone Repair is not responsible for any data loss during the repair

  • The iPhone is not Activation Locked (Find My iPhone must be disabled for some repairs)

Travel and Service Area

  • We offer mobile iPhone repairs throughout Kent, including Ashford, Canterbury, Maidstone, Folkestone, and surrounding towns. If your location is outside our usual service area, we may still be able to assist — please contact us before booking.

Privacy

  • We only collect personal information necessary to carry out the repair (e.g. name, contact details, postcode). For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
